EMPR LLC, founded in 2006, is a foreign invested company, specialised in introducing latest technology to Mongolia, developing software, making all kinds of websites and giving network and computer related professional services. This rich experience and highly educated staff has allowed us to introduce TrackEZ system to the market in 2007.
